Who is responsible for your data

Muted MOOD is responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, write to petra@mumoo.co.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email address and password (stored only in encrypted form). If you add them, also your phone number and address.
• Your orders: what you bought, prices, your shipping name, address, phone number and email.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Your messages: anything you send us by email.

Why we use it

• To take, make, ship and support your order, and to manage your account (this is needed to fulfil our contract with you).
• To keep accounting and tax records, as the law requires.
• To keep the shop secure and prevent fraud (our legitimate interest).

We send you emails about your account and your orders. We will only send newsletters or marketing if you have explicitly agreed to it.

Cookies and browser storage

We use only what the shop needs to work: a cookie or browser storage to keep you logged in, and browser storage to remember what's in your basket. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that run the shop, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Supabase stores accounts and orders.
• Vercel hosts the website.
• Shipping carriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.

Some of these providers are based in or use servers in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

• Your account: until you ask us to delete it.
• Order and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Emails: as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict how we use it, or object to its use. Email petra@mumoo.co and we'll respond within one month. You can update your name and address yourself in your account at any time.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
