Who you're buying from

You are buying from Muted MOOD. You can reach us at petra@mumoo.co.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free.
• Taxes that apply to your order, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties charged by your country are not included (see Shipping & Returns).
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept the cards and wallets shown at checkout.

Your order

Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed. You'll see a confirmation page and the order will appear in your account if you are logged in. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because of a pricing error or a material becoming unavailable, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Production and delivery

Many pieces are made after you order them. The expected delivery time is shown on each product page. These times are our best estimate; if a piece will take noticeably longer, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.

Returns and refunds

You can return pieces within 14 days of receiving them. How this works is explained on Shipping & Returns. If you live in the European Union, this also covers your legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase.

If something is wrong

If a piece is faulty, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it. Customers in the European Union have a legal guarantee of 2 years for defects that existed at delivery. None of these terms limit the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Your account

Keep your password private. You can update your details in your account, or ask us to delete your account at any time.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first; we'll do our best to resolve it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
